1. scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Vento Verwaltungs GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have chosen the payment method Sofortüberweisung, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment instruction to SOFORT AG.
3. shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers and as an overview here.
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
If you choose the payment method prepayment, you will receive:
an order confirmation by e-mail in which you can see the ordered items, prices and shipping information
You will receive an order confirmation with price and item data on the next working day at the latest.
You will also receive our bank details.
After receipt of payment, we will deliver the ordered goods to your invoice or delivery address.
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access). You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
In principle, you have the option of collecting the goods from Vento GmbH, Sudetenstrasse 15, 89340 Leipheim, Germany during the following business hours: 10:00 to 15:00.
6. retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7 Warranty and guarantees
The statutory law on liability for defects shall apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. storage of contract text
We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also view and download the General Terms and Conditions at any time here on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login.
9. contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
10. exchange and return
Partial returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will receive a return form with the delivery. Please complete this form in full and return the goods to us with postage prepaid.
Please note that unfree parcels will not be delivered to us.
Upon receipt of your return, we will be happy to provide you with a free exchange or refund.
Please note!! For an exchange, the item must be completely unused and only opened for inspection, as described in our General Terms and Conditions.
This requirement is essential, especially for hygienic reasons.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
11. refund of VAT after customer export to Switzerland
For the processing of export documents sent to us and confirmed by Swiss customs, we charge a processing fee of € 15.
